I'm going to check this out, but I'm not sure suing them is going to be worth it - just not enough bucks involved and I would have to dream up some sort of goofy emotional and future damages just to cover costs. I've been told that the crime was committed against the bank (and the other creditors), not me, and besides, I'm getting all my money back. So I have no standing. I unfortunately have to admit I can see the point, although I don't agree with it. Is the bank going to pay me if this guy does something with the info he has 5 years from now with another creditor?
