The numbers don't make sense to me. With about 3 shares being offered for every 2 being bid, I would have expected Dell to lose some ground.

Instead, it's up 2% or so.

With more than 5 million shares traded in the first hour, it doesn't appear that price is holding anybody back on either side of the transaction.
