Dearest Auric, The JBOH shareholder meeting was on June 4, 1999. The stock hit a low that day of 8 11/16. Today as I write this, it stands at 11 9/16. That is a rise of 2 7/8, which qualifies as "almost 3 points". Heartfelt wishes, Paul
