Marco: I have not heard who will be underwriting the deal as of yet, but if somebody knows....please share. I have been awaiting this IPO news for 2 years now and the company has been very tight lipped about plans...until now. I am just hoping that I can get in on the IPO if it is underwritten by one of the three majors that I could a piece of. Crossing my fingers.... Heck, I would even probably start nibbling on day one of the IPO. tj
