FWIW:Tracking stocks are essentially derivatives, having no assets to which an inherent value can be attached. There are no voting rights attached. From an accounting standpoint, I would expect "intercompany" accounting to be irrelevant since the entity exists only to mirror stock performance. This is one instance that I happen to agree with Cramer. JCC
