Ok - then if no formal inter company accounting, how does one attribute let's say an ad for Disney.com that might appear on a Park brochure. Normally that would generate ad revenue for Dis and would be an expense for Disney.com if it were a separate entity.

If it's booked, is the advertising fee a cut rate?

Sounds like one of the reasons put forth and alleged as beneficial is that Disney is a cash cow and could fund internut deficit. OK, well how is that booked on the derivative. Can't just take cash and say "oh well" it's not really going bankrupt. There has to be some basis for real valuation. (Well, I guess maybe that's not true if you believe that we will continue to value internuts without reference to traditional notions of value.)
