Pete I think that is exactly it. The market thought they would not be able to sell the stuff so paid no premium. But I think they are beginning to realize that there may be a line up buy it now. I have actually eyeballed one request for product from Hong Kong and that was before Christmas. They were hunting Avalon down. Many many positive events have happened recently but I do not have to explain to you the condition of the spec market without an internet play. Someone is waking up.
