#1 My foremost question is, to your knowledge, have you, or Mr. Li
Shunxing, or Mr. Yang Jiangang, or Mr. Wang Faren, or Mr. Han Jian Zhun,
or Mr. Zhang Yibing, or Mr Edward Wong bought any shares of chrb for
your personal accounts?

None of the members of the board of directors or officers of the company has engaged in any buy/sale of the company's shares (either personal or non-personal) since the company was listed.

Only Mr. Edward Wong has, through its nominee company (as disclosed in the form 10K and annual reports) is holding 43,200 shares in the company (restricted stocks) before the company is listed and he has not sold any one of these shares up to present.

#2 Do you see the need for or are you planning capital infusion from
outside the Company in year 1997?

We do not have any capital raising plan for 1997 at the moment as announced in our prior annoncement.

#3 Is it possible to visit your office in Hong Kong? Is it possible to
visit your operation on Hainan?

Sure, we are open and anyone interested are welcome to visit our office and operations.
