Regine- my thoughts exactly. it seems to have a good support base at 10. So logically from these levels a downside risk of 50%, but an upside potential of 100, 200 300%. In regards to lawsuits, absolutely correct. I have two holdings that are under 'class action'. The only people who get rich are the attornies. Especially that Milbank Tweed The courts are catching on to them however. My favorite stock is Cymer CYMI in the semiconductor area. Semis downturned, Cymer tanked and the next thing you know, lawsuit. The court involved in Cymers' case through out the first and second motions filed. Thanks for your thoughts, Craig
