Believe that once the company has all the t's crossed and i's dotted on all the division sales, and the financing for continued operations completed, we should have an official announcement. That should be the start of a long term recovery process. Believe the key to it all is the financing arrangements. Just how much dilution will come about remains to be seen. But I'd rather have some of that than a declaration of bankruptcy. My gut feeling is that a turnaround in fortune may soon begin and wish I had the full confidence to go ahead and buy at low prices... but will wait on the news first, even though there may be $$$ to be made by having the nerve to jump in now.
