By the way were does it say they are an internet company?????Both say they are exploring the possibility but there are no guarantees until you see the deal completed......There is no guts required there.....All the mining companies that are having financial problems are putting out these kinds of NR's.Notice they always issue options just before the release..........tehn the stocks move up a few pennies and they hold it while they offload the options.

AMS will be no different.Once they do that then a PP will be announced and the insiders will participate in that as well at the lower price...with a 90 day hold if they have filed their annual information form......In the meantime that is when the short will take place.In between the PP run and the hold period expiry.

Good Luck but suggest you take a closer look at the mining industry in canada the last two years and see how hard it has been to raise outside financing.The internet is abuzz now and be very careful with the ones who have done rollbacks and changed business a few times and did rollbacks........
