I agree with you about that Ike Godsey character. Pretty shady if you ask me. I hear that he sold cigarettes to John Boy.

Though I would defer to your superior legal knowledge, my understanding is that "slander" is the spoken word and injurious false statements made in writing are "libel". It would seem that in order to convince the SEC that you have identified somebody that needs some looking into and that you are qualified to identify such people, you would want to use the correct legal terms.

BTW: the other part of the legal argument is that it would have to be injurious. With BIDS up 1/8 it may be difficult to prove this.

Also BTW: Does the SEC handle slander and libel cases? or is that usually handled by normal civil courts?
