Contract with Transformation Processing

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 1999-- Transformation Processing Inc. (OTCBB: TPII - news)
today announced that the Company has signed an addition to its existing Year 2000 embedded contract with a major Canadian

The Year 2000 embedded project with TPI began in the fall of 1998 and was extended earlier in April '99 in order to bring

Year 2000 embedded project; remediation and contingency planning.

TPI's Director of Professional Services, Jack Waterfield said, ''The overall Year 2000 topic requires a variety of skill sets and
the embedded project with this major retailer is a good illustration of this trait. This client has several hundred physical locations

collection and assessment portions of such an immense undertaking. Then, it was TPI's professional vendor research, which
enabled the efficient compliance checking of their embedded devices. In early May, it was TPI's detailed understanding of the
their environment which appealed to the retailer when it came to the next logical step in their Year 2000 Embedded Systems
