Alex as to LGO since you mentioned it.This used to be BHO (Barkhor resources....They changed their name to LGO and promptly two directors resigned.They had no money so they issued shares for debt and 6 directors in total resigned.They then issued 1 million options at .15 and then did a PP for 3,610,000 shres at .15....All of this after a 1-5 rollback when they converted from BHO to LGO. Now when you look at the NR and the way the stock has acted to-day you tell me what this company is.It has all the ingredients of a pump and dump written all over it.I have never owned BHO and I do not own nor will I buy LGO......but I will watch it for the right shorting oppurtunity....So yes this is a mirror image of AMS.V IMHO.....
