You cannot consider that a valid source since they are the evaluating source that was bought out by the company that is being evaluated. It is in the evaluator's best interest to give a high value to this company. I am not saying that $12/share is not accurate, but I am saying that you shouldn't buy a stock based on this PR. IMHO IOMH
