Many consumers buy their computers at Sears or Best Buy at 21 -23%
Go down to Best Buy on a Saturday. They have their No Payments
for 12 months specials . You will see people lined up 10 deep at the credit window to sign up. For the credit overloaded
public in general 19% is a good deal!
