CNBC Europe is talking about it now but no effect on the US ADR's on the NASDAQ. Plus, DIAL was promising a major equity investment to help them retire debt; this is just a marketing alliance. I'm actually thinking about shorting DIAL here. I held it long from the 9's to the 7's before I gave up earlier this year.
