P.T.Burnem,

Do you really think that AOL and all other ISPs are going to ride for free on a carrier's backbone? Of course they will pay and they know it! That ruling will get overturned because it is wrong! AT&T is more than happy to provide bandwidth to anybody who is willing to pay a reasonable price. This ruling is step one to determining what that reasonable price will be. The courts are not going to allow AOL or anybody else to ride for free on somebody else's backbone.

If I was you I would start accumulating AT&T now because I don't think that it will ever make it below $50. Like I said before you should short AOL and go long AT&T!

Cheers,

Steve
