Well, I am with this stock around two years. I bought it (well) over 1
USD at that time. I thought it "was a good investment". Later on I have seen this stock at 7/16 Bid (by the way not too long time ago still hanging around 1/2) - and I knew it was NOT a good investment. BUT SINCE THAT TIME, times seems to be changed. A lot "seems" to be happened. And I hope this will be so. Now I am at around break-even.
(AND I WOULD HATE to stay with this stock 2 more years in "red" again!) Therefore I am so "suspicious" with no news from ONPT.
I did not hear about a rule, which allows NASDAQ listed companies NOT to file 10Q etc. on EDGAR. But I might be wrong there: it "could" be right not to file. BUT EVEN IF THIS WOULD BE ALLOWED, I feel, this practise would NOT be fair from a company. Not being transparent to public about results, let me think rather "negative, than positive".
Anyway, I think, I just might use the wrong query criteria in EDGAR. (However, I tried every possible combination of the word "On-Point" or just "Technology" only etc. without any luck.)
If I get the 10Q from somewhere, then this should be ok with me.
