Hello, t2k, I am finally back from my road trip. I have been out and about visiting a bunch of fun companies and attending many interesting conferences.

Regarding MSFT and the Market. Well, frankly, there is not a lot going on other than this "Interest Rate Hype" that the media seems to be fixated on. My one question for the masses is does anyone remember when rates were at 7% and we were all excited about the concept of long bond rates at 6%? Ahh yes, the Market is truly a function of emotion.

MSFT is/has been building its northbound momentum for weeks now and it seems we are finally getting some sustained progress. Remember, this move in MSFT was predictable as will be its climb through July, regardless of the Trial or Interest Rates news. I know most of us here think the Trial effects MSFT's share price, but I have always contended that the Trial is irrelevant. We have had some of the worst news from the trial coming in the past two/three days, and yet MSFT has continued its ascension.

Do you remember when MSFT nipped 76 and we talked about it being a bottom? Here's a refresher:

So since that time we have appreciated 8-9% while the NASDAQ has churned...The NASDAQ is now going through the correction/consolidation that MSFT went through for the past two months since its split - a normal occurence for the stock.

I would not suggest trading MSFT shares unless you have the time and resources that Morgan obviously possesses. Timing will be difficult in this Market. The Momentum players are making a killing with all this press BS covering AG's eating/sleeping/streetcrossing/etc. habbits.

I have been and continue to be extremely confident about MSFT and the tech sector's near term prospects. I have sold a ton of puts on MSFT, CNET and SFE -- I AM THAT CONFIDENT. Believe me, if these shares get put to me, I will no longer have a cash position of any type!

Remember, my friend, history has taught us that as MSFT moves, so will the tech Market soon follow. The end of June and early July will be a bullish time.
