Insider Selling is GOOOD: Insiders sell part of their holdings that will depress stock prices in the short run. They will be able to grant themselves and others new stock options at lower prices. Look a the Chinese market, the workers are being introduced to stock options rewards. Soon that Chinese engine will start recording huge sales : Watch the stock of DEll to skyrocket. The remaining holdings appreciate in value many times more. Insider selling is good in the longterm! Dell to double by year end.
