s.b., This is even more fantastic news for the semi equipment makers. With 300mm every tool in every leading edge fab becomes obsolete. And the tools are about 65 -75% of the cost of a $2B fab. That's an awful lot of equipment that's going to be sold for R&D starting now, pilot lines starting next year and production fabs next year and thereafter. Isn't life just beautiful!!!
