I wonder if it would be legal for SI to include "no legal threats" in the terms of use. I realize this thing on the bid.com thread was the second most popular "I'm going to report you to the SEC..." so not specifically legal, although I find these intimidation techniques are generally lawyer-speak. I've been threatened at least 5 times on SI by lawyers, what a waste of time. WHen good people start leaving because of it, thats when its gone too far I think.
