Richard; I have been conducting volume/float studies on IPOs and have been able to, in general, verify that trend reversal "often" occur in a correlation to volume/float....it is not precise per se, but it can be used as another indicator.

I think O'Neil is realistic in his volumes...

Furthermore I am attempting to apply the same to very high volume DCBs, e.g. CELL

Can you refer to the Gann studies that mention these.
