Gann found that the turnover of float coincided with changes in trend.

Would that mean that if the float is 10 million shares and during a rally 10 million shares are traded that you should start looking for a reversal???

Also, Volume/float...are you using the daily volume or an average of volume like 120 days??? Once you have that then what do you look at??
