"The market is up 160 points from the bottom, and believe it or not, the public is as pessimistic as they have been all during the advance. Now people are saying 'The market is too high,' 'It's too late to buy,' etc. The same things were said in late 1960. This talk will not cease until Top is reached. Of course the market is too high; genius is not required to see that, and it has been too high for years. So what? This is not a game of logic, but mass emotion; only pure logicians can't grasp that.
