What's up? It seems we've got more activity today than that seen from the last press release (Napier Becomes Supplier to U.S. Coast Guard). Up 11.70% since yesterday's close of $0.94 Latest bid / ask $1.05 / $1.08 Day's range $0.93 - $1.05 Volume 71,200 Looks like there was a block of almost 25k shares @ $1.05 today.
