Dany,

Well we have a pretty good relationship with some of the smaller brokers. Needham does a good job covering a lot of small cap tech companies and called us to ask if we wanted to meet with GNET management. I am sure the Paine Webber conference has been on Russ' schedule for some time now and they decided to come into town a little early and do a little "stock marketing". You would be amazed at how much time the top brass of publicly traded companies have to spend meeting with investors.

I had planned on going to the lunch yesterday but I try not to venture to far uptown when it is hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk. I will be in attendance tommorrow and will try to post a recap of my take on the meeting. Russ presented to a packed room at the Needham conference back in January which was pretty funny as I had no idea what he looked like and as he fiddled with the slide projector I remember thinking "where is Russell and when is that kid going to stop messing with the slides?". Of course that kid was Russ who was a bit nervous but he held his own.

It is possible Paine Webber will pick up coverage of the stock, but the invite does not guarantee that is the case. I am sure the bankers are angling to get close to Paul Allen's emerging empire and this conference slot could just be a small step in currying favor with the people running Vulcan.

Lets see what happens tomorrow
