It does not exist. I have owned AOL for about 2 years. I will not sell my AOL stock. The fact is that many on this thread refuse to see anything but what they want to. Nobody was really here on this thread prior to last October, when Dell folks migrated over. Based on what I saw on the Dell thread last summer, and over the last year, the same attitude pervades.
And this is not a rip on Vendit, but the fact that he denigrated to attempted personal insults and outright fabrication with respect to the phantom ATHM post, tells me that he is just screwing around. The fact that I believe the court ruling changes basically nothing will be borne out, right or wrong, eventually. I am pretty sure I will gain from my AOL and ATHM positions regardless, but I am also very confident that AOL will no longer be doubling every few months, as many newcomers believe, and in many cases, expect. That is the root cause of the attitude.
No need to call out anyone. No apologies necessary. I know exactly what went on. The show continues...
