On May 14, 1999, shareholders approved a name change from D.C. Corrosion
Corporation to Total Telcom Inc. on the basis of one new common share for
each one old common share.
The common shares of Total Telcom will be posted for trading on the Alberta
Stock Exchange in substitution for the common shares of D.C. Corrosion at
the opening of business on June 10, 1999.
