HMGN has taken off since Genome Securties posted the For Sale/For Merger sign on CIST. In a telephone conversation today, I was told that at least one Genome representative has visited HMGN to discuss possibilities. However, in the same a telephone conversation, a representative of Genome Securities made it clear to me that Genome does not believe that HMGN is the vehicle that CIST shareholders would want.
