A couple of weeks ago, I was given the outstanding share count as ~78,152,000 as of 12/31/98... This number was given to me by Jim England of Atlantic(their old IR firm)... He also said that approximately 40% of the outstanding was considered in "friendly" hands... I would think if there had been that much dilution over the last 6 months, we would still be in the 4 or 5 cent range...
