Have done that and decided to buy much lower than here. Agreed it will come back somewhat but our grandchildren may not live long enough to see the old highs. Even adding another 1/3 at a lower price than here I do not expect to see that combined with my current at 38+ close to breaking even in years. And for a lot of the reasons you mentioned.
