< The effective "floor" > there is no floor,conversion is simply based on a 30% discount to the 5 day average bid prior to conversion..period..There was a registration of 52mm shares,,there can be another if needed to satisfy the deb holders(and they must be satisfied,they have an agreement)..not confusing..
