Ali, give it a rest. It's the closest comparison that's out there between an off-chip 512K L2 cache and an on-die 256K L2 cache. Sure, the mobile market will exhibit different performance characteristics compared to the desktop market, but at least the comparison is a fair start. If you can find a better comparison out there, we'd sure like to see it. Until then, Elmer's comparison is the best one we have at the moment. Tenchusatsu
