CNBC keeps saying the market is awful, terrible, listless and worried. E*Trade tells me I finished up 1.5%. I can deal with the tedium at that rate. Just dropped in on the Kosovo thread to see what they thought about the military withdrawal accord. Believe it or not, the thread is less coherent than it was at the beginning of the crisis. Only the hard core loonies seem to have survived the 11,000 post ordeal. Like the death march on Bataan all over again. I don't believe it, CNBC has some idiot babbling about how attractive the 6% bond return is compared to the risky stock market. Where do they find these freakin' morons? Answer - just pick from the all the fund managers who have been returning 6% the past few years. Hehehehehehe.
