Steve

Read your post on seek as well as your column about it. The 50 options are exercisable in 2001, with a standstill in place now, and they only give dis a 51% stake in seek when all is done. I'm still trying to figure out how to value this theoretical news, and would appreciate any further insight. But I don't know that the options at 50 really have anything to do with what's planned now. Perhaps the idea is to sever out the inet stuff because dis sees the future potential and realizes that it's not handling it well under the existing structure.
