shorts need to read this.....this may be the source of much of the fud we have seen.

re: fud and ibm
i received some info monday regarding ibm. my source says that ibm identified a problem a few weeks ago with some rambus packaging from a vendor. it is not a technical problem with rambus and it is specific to one vendor according to the info i received.
apparently ibm was scurrying around to replace their faulty part, which they have now done. my source says this may cause a one to two week delay in ibm's ramp of rambus. no more and probably less, he thinks ibm had this much time built in for unexpected delays. this only affects ibm. everyone else is on schedule.

i have been assured monday, tuesday, and today by numerous sources that "all" of the technical issues regarding rambus have been successfully resolved. that is why we are getting the flurry of production and other announcements.

this includes camino.

there was a misunderstanding on the thread the other day regarding the A0...B0 stepping of camino. i am over my head here technically, but i have the correct info if anyone wants it.

i delayed posting this because one of my sources wanted to buy more rmbs shares.
