WOW!! Are you guys ready for this?? June 9, 1999 – A whole new audience for the Company's shares has developed today apparently from an e-mail by a group called Unity to its 20,000+ members. The Company has no association with this group and had no prior knowledge of their recommendation to their members to buy the common stock of the Company. We thank them for their interest and welcome them all to the IDCN shareholder family. Indocan's board of directors met today and decided to proceed with dispatch with the previously announced spin-off of Isaac's Harbour Gold Mines. Shareholders of IDCN will receive a to-be-determined amount of the Spin-off Company that will be publicly trading in about 45-days. To receive your shares of the Isaac's Harbour Gold Mines efficiently, shareholders should get their shares issued into their name and have the certificate delivered to your address. Several weeks and sometimes months can go by until a brokerage house determines the recipient of the dividend. The delays are often on purpose as they have no interest in giving you your shares especially if they have been trading in the stock. Protect yourself and get them out the account and home safe. Now we've really got some interesting questions. Greg
