Semiconductor growth should be 12+ percent in 1999 per Wifred Corrigan, Chairman of LSI logic.

But what is amazing is this dog ISSI, really barked today up 37 %.
If ISSI is going to turn around, then this is the best time to buy in when it is dirt cheap at $ 3+. There was a time when it was as high as $ 50!
