Boredom, fear, margin calls on other stocks in peoples accounts,SOES,dealer to
dealer, lousy environemnt for small caps, months of waiting, the way the stock
is acting tells me no one knows nothing about nothing.I closely follow 27
small cap stocks, and they have somne swings but the bottom line is CCSI as
with the others will go in the direction of least resistance depending on
volume.I do not think there is a person on this planet that follows "EVERY"
tick in this stock,or eats more Rol-Aids waiting and waiting,I DO know one
thing,we all will have the info from the FDA at the same time, and none has a
peeek at their hole card.I have spoken to many real experts in this area, and
they all say the same thing,it will happen or not happen when the FDA is
ready and not until then.I look at the stock at its current price, and I do
own the stock at every tick between $3 1/2 and $11 1/4 and I say boy is it
cheap, and I buy some more and then 2-3-4 thousand come in for sale and every
dealer hits each other and it is down $.50-$.75,and I get 20 calls, what is
going on,what do you hear who is selling, what do they know, what's wrong, did
you talk to Darby?is the sky falling?etc,etc,etc..... Janybird asked what is
the company doing, are they adding people, etc. They are working on the
distribution, and manufacturing areas,so when the news come they will have the
mechanics in place to market the product. This is a company that has been
waiting for 7 years to get to this point, don't think for a moment they don't
know what they have to do.One other point, according to SEC filings as of
1/30/97 Dreyfus (Mellon BAnk) owned 930,000 shares, and that number has gone
up a little over the last 6 weeks.

I got tired on the other page, but I would like to paint a scenario, which I
will bet a large amount of money on.Until FDA decision CCSI will go
wherever. The day that it is approved, here is what will happen, stock will gap
up,sellers will come in,who will sell on news or for some reason this is all
they are playing for, stock will meander around ,and noone will care about FDA
anyomre, but I will get 100 phone calls, and I wll program my phone to answer
them, when are they shipping machines, how many machines, what is their
distribution deal, who is ordering them, how many are they ordering, what can
they earn this quarter,next quarter,this year,next year,what are the
margins, what is their production ramp up,what is the size of the market, when
are they going to have another cosmetic deal,ad nauseam.
This is my personal scenario, and I am suggesting to friends that they
consider this.Stock is a better buy after approval at whatever level it
trades, add to positions then, sit, wait for stock to settle, buy more, and then
hang on for ride for the long term, because you might just hit it out of the
park.Remember this is a product with no comprable competition in the medical
area except blood testing,cheaper,safer,more accurate,quicker,etc.Their
market will only keep going until there are no more babies being born, but
with a 5.5mm population each year just in neo-natal area, then the
peditricians, and maybe some day all new-borns,year after year after year, this
my friends ain't a bad business to be in.Let's forget the commercial
side, because that is the biggest side by far,but we only care about FDA
approval for the near term.If any of you have an interest in the event of
approval, and in the event of a conference call e-mail me your names and fax
numbers and I will make sure you are made aware of this if it happens.
