PHLX is a gnat, it is less than 1% of NYSE volume. No one cares. Even if they get sampling going, they still have to get paying customers and set prices. I get below the VWAP every day and I pay 1 cent per share. How can these guys even make any dough? They have no contracts and no set prices. The estimates the chatsters speak of are OTT.
