Answered my own question. biz.yahoo.com On May 24, 1999, a Special Meeting of the Shareholders will be held to vote on the merger. If it is approved, the Trust expects to declare a final distribution to the Trust's then existing shareholders equal to substantially all of the Trust's net worth, which is estimated to be between $.25 and $.26 per share. Will have to call the company (617-482-4081) for clarification on this plus the final intent for the shell that they are producing. GG
