I very often give Luc a hard time for his market calls...especially the timing down to the hour.

But just to play devil's advocate...It sounds like you have learned a set of lifelong valuable market lessons while only skinning your knee a little along the way. You are attributing that in part to your debate and then parting of the ways with Luc.

Isn't that something you should be grateful for? As in, "I'm glad I met you luc, we differed some, I took another path. I sure learned a lot. That's valuable to me as it will serve me for the rest of my life"

it seems like the bitterness is misplaced, fwiw
