CustomTracks Corporation Agrees to Dismiss Lawsuit
DALLAS, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- CustomTracks Corporation (Nasdaq: CUST - news) announced today that it has agreed to dismiss its lawsuit, filed on May 27, 1999, against Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPTH - news), a San Francisco- based provider of email hosting services.
CustomTracks has now been able to determine that Critical Path was, in fact, in compliance with the terms of the confidentiality agreement between the parties that was the subject of the suit, and as a result, CustomTracks has agreed to dismiss the suit with prejudice.
CustomTracks Corporation is developing an Internet transaction system and a Digital Signature and Encryption system and is exploring additional Internet-related businesses. The company's new Internet transaction system is expected to be operational by the end of September 1999, and the Digital Signature and Encryption system is expected to be released by the end of August 1999.
