SF,

CS looks like it's forming a cup and handle, with the cup starting last November. If you look on a 5 year chart, you'll see that if it breaks out over 15, there's clear skies ahead without much resistance, up into the high 20s (of course, it won't get there overnight).

It probably all depends on earnings.
