Carolyn, if I may answer that - they'll come around as ACTV begins to prove themselves. The potential is enormous but it still remains to be seen how big digital interactive services are going to be and who else may play a major role. Over the last year ACTV has gone from a market cap of about 60 million to about 500 million without growing their revenues at all. That, to me, says that the market is taking notice. If you've been following Steve Harmon's comments at all you know that he is coming to like IATV, yet he feels that it is still early. Even the company will admit that in a way. We still need to get the digital STB's out into the market to fully realize the potential. It's going to happen. All of ACTV's partners will make it happen. When it does, IATV will be seen as the company enabling a drastic change. Remember the Soundview analyst's words: Based on the above considerations, we believe ACTV has the potential
of
becoming a multi-billion market cap company during the next few years.
Based
on the prospects of immediate opportunities and long term potential of
ITV
and HyperTV, we would conservatively put ACTV's valuation at $1
billion,
with significant upside potential.

Patience is the key. I think most of the long time holders here remember how I used to complain while the stock languished in the $2 range. Now I see people complaining as it languishes in the $14-15 range. I hope to see people complain when it languishes in the $50 range.
