Apparently on reason for weak sales by ETEC is that Mask makers are using phase shift technologies to extend the ALTA down to .18µ, which will significantly reduce demand for MEBES systems: Message 10037137 Not too many years ago ETEC was hurt badly as stepper use reduced the need for new mask making equipment. How badly will this hurt ETEC? Carl
