I noticed that the "annual minimum market penetration performance standards and quantities" were not specified in the press release. Very unusual NOT to note this if the terms are significant. My guess is it's just boilerplate. Someplace in the contract, some number is stated, and CCSI reserves the right to cancel the agreement or cancel the deal outright if the numbers aren't met to their satisfaction. But that's only meaningful if it's possible to get a better deal elsewhere. And it took them forever to get this one... For now, sitting and watching with a full short position. Won't short more unless it's up at least 50%. Won't close unless it can sustain a 50% gain for at least 2 days. Like Cramer says, discipline, discipline... mg
