Glenn, thanks for the update.

I went back to filing cabinet(a big cardboard box) and dug up the correspondence from my broker regarding the stockholders meeting and proxy voting info. Gonna go out tomorrow and buy a nice letter opener for my desk. Thanks again for your post. Happy Trading...
